How does ARCS determine who is assigned as the preparer when auto reconcile rules run?

Summary:

We're using two different reconciliation methods in certain recs. In some, we use rules to auto submit and auto close when there is no unexplained difference. In others, we use the Auto Account Reconciliation option. There is a difference in History between these two options, and I'm trying to understand it better.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When the auto submit and approve rule is run, we see history like:

When we use the Auto Reconcile feature, we see history like the below, that does not indicate that it was auto reconciled and also uses the user name of one of the Service Administrators in order to complete this, even though this rec is assigned to a team, and the history does not indicate that it was auto reconciled. Is this expected behavior? Is there a reason that it pulled one of the created Service Administrators to show the history of the auto reconcile, and did not use the default Administrator?

Howdy, Stranger!
