Post 24A existing Common Lookup tagging NOT working

@Chris Borsh-Oracle 24A has been applied to our lower pods. An existing Common Lookup that has not been modified, no longer displays the expected values in the dropdown. The lookup is configured with tagging. 23D PODs [PROD, TEST & DEV6] continue to work without issue. 24A PODs [DEV7 & DEV5] no longer display values as expected. Lookup export attached. Confirmed configuration is the same across PODs and no changes have been made.

Is this a known issue with 24A and is there a workaround available?
