Full Time to Part Time to generate PTO Payout

We have a Paid Time Off Absence Plan that generates a PTO Payout when the employee is terminated. If the employee has accrued time, then he/she will get a PTO Payout of that balance.


How can we get the same process started in case that one employee goes from Full Time to Part Time ?
