Summary:

Is there an ability to pass the following attributes via interface/api so that these can be used as a determining factor set?

I found transaction Input Factor Attributes Belongs To Which Corresponding Columns In AR Transaction? (Doc ID 2653267.1) but this does not tell me if its even possible to pass these attributes so that they can be used to calculate tax.
