Work Order Subtype as Input Source

Hello Experts

I added new values under look up Type "ORA_WIE_WO_SUB_TYPE".

I am trying to define a mapping set with Input Source as Work Order Subtype.

The new values are not showing under mapping set with input source as Work Order Subtype.

Any Suggestion what am I missing?
