Supplier not showing in Trading Partner in PDH module. What can be the reason?

Summary:

We loaded a supplier with Status as Inactive, later we removed Inactive date and made the Status as Active. Now when PDH team is trying to add Supplier Item number in Trading Partner, they are unable to find that particular supplier. What can be the reason?
