How can we increase the number of addressees to whom Oracle scheduled maintenance email can be sent

As of today the Oracle quarterly upgrade email alerts only sent to Oracle Fusion Cloud Account Administrator. I would like to know can we add more email addresses anywhere to notify other stakeholders as well regarding the downtime for scheduled maintenance?
