Error PER-1531698 updating person EIT not consistent across all pods
I have a strange issue with updating Person extra information types, a/k/a EIT's. We were updating EIT's via HDL and it worked perfectly in our DEV3 (24A) andTEST (23D) pods, but when running in Prod (23D), it kicked back some records with the following error:
The object Person extra information can't start before the person start date (PER-1531698)
This error also manifests if we use Classic and RUX pages, so this is not an HDL issue.
I am using an effective start date of 2021-09-28 and the person's hire date is in 2008. The original EIT date is 2003-04-14 , which was from a prior period of service. What doesn't make sense is that the pods are behaving differently, even those on the same release.
