Return process for the Project Stock issued out from Inventory Issue

Summary:

We have a Business process, where the Demand from the Location comes against a Project and fulfilled through Transfer Order ( Expense)/ Move Order Issue against the Project.

After Actual Material Consumption at Project Site Physically, the remaining Goods need to be Returned to the Warehouse Common Pool (Not specific to Project). The Cost incurred during the issue against the Project has to be reversed to the extent of amount charged.

Looking for a process / task available in the Fusion SCM to Return the Project Stock issued out from Inventory using Issue Out.
