Goal Eligibility Profile not saving in Redwood Goal Plan

Summary: I created a review period in the review period redwood page and then created a goal plan in redwood for the new review period. I attached eligibility profiles to the goal plan in the redwood page. The profiles are visible there. When I ran the eligibility batch process the goal plan did not get any assignees. When I checked the RUX goal plan page I do not see the eligibility profiles there. Should I open an SR for this issue?
