Groovy CreateFileWriter bug/defect? File generated not located in Outbox.

Summary:

The Groovy documentation for CreateFileWriter method (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/groov/oracle/epm/api/script/EpmScript.html#createFilePrintWriter-java.lang.String-) says that "the file will be available in the Outbox when the writer is closed," however in using the CreateFileWriter, I don't see the file in the Outbox. Rather, the file appears to be created in the root folder and is only accessible from the Application -> Overview->Actions Menu -> Inbox/Outbox explorer.

If anyone says, "This IS the Outbox", then why is it that when I go to Data Exchange->Actions Menu->File Browser there is a folder here called "Outbox" and I can't find/see any of the files from Application -> Overview->Actions Menu -> Inbox/Outbox explorer?
