Is there a roadmap to confirm Oracle is continuing to invest Oracle Business Network?

There are few Oracle Support notes to indicate Oracle has recently invested on feature enhancements of Oracle Business Network (OBN). Example- Doc ID 2999701.1. Likewise, are there any additional roadmap documents, notes to indicate Oracle will continue to invest on OBN product?

We are public utility, we use OBN for document exchanges with select trading partners. Before onboarding several additional trading partners, we are looking to ensure Oracle continues to invest on platform.
