How to see revenue distribution in Transaction Entry for line with revenue contingency?

When we enter a transaction manually in the Enter Transactions screen and the invoice line has a revenue contingency rule applied the Edit Distributions screen only shows the Unearned Revenue Account. How can we see (and update) the revenue account and cost centre before completing the transaction?

We have a revenue contingency rule which initiates for particular transaction types or standard memo lines. The contingency is being applied correctly, however when entering the transaction the user has no opportunity to update the cost centre or account for the revenue distribution as it doesn't appear in the distributions screen. What is the recommended process for the user to update this information manually (i.e. for invoices not imported from AutoInvoice)?
