Customize BIP Standard Data Model and Report.

We are converting the standard report into Customize report including data model When we modify the data model it does not affect in the report and doesn't make changes accordingly. We use the group by function in a data set, but it shows the same results (data isn't in group by form) and also used a Case condition in standard query it still not working.
