Procurement Contracts Feasibility check on external collaboration using Oracle Content Management

Summary:

Our client has a requirement, where they need to collaborate with external parties (non Oracle users) to author contract terms. The contract document flows to and fro between multiple stakeholders oracle as well as non oracle before final draft is finalized. Hence looking for a solution where multiple parties can work simultaneously on the same contract document without sending it via mail.

Hence, wanted to check the feasibility of this requirement using Oracle Content Management. And I have following question:

  • Is this kind of collaboration even possible using OCM or any other method?
  • Does OCM has any licensing requirement, or it can be used/integrated without buying any license?
