View my video option is not visible to all Learners

Summary: Video my video option to be made visible for all learners. Is there any priviledge or profile option that needs to be enabled to view my video under the search tab.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Unable to view my video under the actions tab. Please help us with the actual steps to enable for all the learners.

Also where should I view the videos shared by my Line Manager?

Also when i publish a video, will the system trigger an alert to L&D specialist? and from where does the employee can view the published video?
