Data Load not working as expected

Summary:

Data replace is working as Data Merge.

From FCCS, we had pulled the data from GL for 10619$ in one account/Entity Combination and the data reconciled fine with GL.

Later, in GL side they had posted the value as 0$ for the same account/Entity Combination.

This time when FCCS pulls the data it didn't pull the 0$ value as we haven't enabled NZP for amount in Import format. Now we got the Reconcile issue between FCCS vs GL. In FCCS we got the value of 10619$ whereas Oracle GL was showing 0$.

We need to handle this issue without NZP as enabling NZP may load 0$ for too many inactive accounts as well and will impact the load and Consolidation performances. We need to make sure Replace mode will delete those records which not getting loaded anymore from Data management.
