Report that can link PO receipts and Project management import costs

Hi all,

I am wondering if we have any report that can link PO receipts information with Project Management costs related to them. For example do we have something that can report receipts dates and project costs transaction dates related to them? This for example in order to understand if we expect a specific receipt cost to be visible in project costs during the current month or next months and so on.
