Need a help in creating HR View Only Role

in Human Capital Management

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where HR needs to be able to VIEW benefit information and Benefits to VIEW HR information in order for them to perform their everyday checks and balances. However, HR should not be able to make any changes to Employee Benefits data, and Benefits Managers should not be able to make any changes to HR data.


Could you please help me? Anyone who has worked on this earlier, any documents would be appreciated.
