FBDI Cost upload File is not getting loaded for Multiple records.

Summary:

FBDI Cost upload File is not getting loaded for Multiple records. 

Same file is uploaded successfully for one record, but for more than 1 record the file is getting errored out during Load Interface file for Import with the below error :

Validated under Manage Standard Cost Import Exceptions page(Supply Chain Execution > Cost Accounting > Manage Standard Cost Import Exceptions) - There are no record existing to delete.
