How to download certificate for a course which is part of Specialization

Summary:

We need to print certificate for a course which is completed but is a part of Specialization.

Ex: we have three courses in a specialization; If the learner completes one course from the list of 3 courses in a specialization, while still in specialization, the learner should be able to click on the completed course and download the certificate. Is it possible ?
