Disable check step in Data management

Summary: We are looking for a way to disable the check step in Data Management.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): In the Data Management Workbench the check step can be executed after the import, validate, and export steps. In our application users are not required to run the check step in any location. Can the check step be disabled for all users?
