Content of email sent to Additional Email in Sourcing

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Can we edit the content/template of email being sent to mail id mentioned in Additional Email field of Sourcing.

The content of email contained the Terms & Conditions and a link to login to the application. But there were no details of the negotiation in the email. Also there wasn't any attached pdf containing details of negotiation.

My question is that if the person whose email was mentioned does not have any user account but wants to see the negotiation details, how can he do that? Can we edit the template of email and ensure that it contains the details of negotiation? Or can we attach the pdf of negotiation that the user can download and reply back to email with his responses or queries?
