Notify Managers of Termination

Summary:

We have the Termination workflow setup, and it is working correctly. However, we would like to know if there is a way to add a notification to the Terminated Employees Manager once the Termination is submitted? Is there a way to set this up through Alert Composer?

In this specific scenario a manager submitted the termination but once it was approved through correct course of workflow, they were not alerted that it was completed.
