Summary:

unable to show a custom message instead of delivered error message.

When an employee doesn't enter any comments and tries to submit an absence, the employee should see a custom message in Norwegian text. the delivered message, "A value is required" error message is shown. We have other countries implemented also. So, we just want Norway employees only to see this message.
