AI Suggested Skills for Learning Outcomes

Summary:

Oracle documentation refers that in order to enable Skills advisor for Learning we need to activate Dynamic Skills and then run a Process called " AI Suggested Skills for Learning Items". We have activated dynamic skills in our instance. However, I am unable to search the above-mentioned process.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When navigating to Tools> Schedule Processes. I am unable to find this process "AI Suggested Skills for Learning Items". I have the necessary security privileges to schedules processes, and I am able to successfully schedule other processes. But unable to even search this process. Does someone have any insights on what might be the reason that I am unable to search this process. Because of this we are unable to turn on the Skills Advisor feature in our instance. Any help is much appreciated.
