Role Delegations Section under Roles and Delegation not showing

Hello experts,

we cannot see the Roles Delegation section under the Roles and Delegation action. We already added the role Manage Role Delegations, and check the box on the 'Delegation Allowed', but still the custom role can't see the section.

only the approval delegations section is showing, but not the role delegations section.

Please help.
