    Hi all

    Since our client updated their Citrix Environment, the users are not able to see ANY of their user variables and user preferences section is not loading.

    We cleared cache and cookies and added epmCloud.com as an exception* this resolved the problem in the past.

    Has anyone ever seen this and has any tips to resolve it?

    Browser used is Edge - Company policy.


    NOTE: Cannot set up context as the page is completely blank.
