EPMAutomate disconnects after 10 minutes

Hi all
Our client using EPMAutomate, have noticed that they get disconnected after 10 minutes every time, even though the process used at the time completes fine.
We do not know what could be the problem. Could it be a certificate issue?
They have recently moved to Office 2016 and also upgraded their Citrix environment. However, we are failing to know what could be the cause of the error.
