The option of Quick Completion to be disabled for scrap/reject trxn

Summary:

Is it possible to disable the quick complete option when user enters the scrap or reject quantity in review dispatch list? We need this functionality as there is no option to enter the reason code using quick complete. Only Complete with details option has to be available in this case.
