How to use DFF attributes of data type "Number" in AR SLA as they do not appear on the sources

edited Feb 22, 2024 9:08AM in Subledger Accounting & Accounting Hub 1 comment

Summary:

We are trying to split the revenue amount based on the markup amount that we are receiving in a DFF attribute. But DFF attribute with data type "Number" is not supported in SLA as they are not present in the sources. Hence, we are not able to calculate for decimal numbers.

Do you know how can we resolve this issue. Any other field of data type "Number" that we can use or any function that can convert the number into decimal number in Formula.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are trying to split the revenue amount based on the markup amount that we are receiving in a DFF attribute. So, the revenue line splits into 2 line with 2 different account. 1 for markup amount and other one for (total revenue - markup) amount. However, the markup amount can be a decimal number. But DFF attribute with data type "Number" is not supported in SLA as they are not present in the sources.

Howdy, Stranger!
