How to remove the ability to uncheck "Calculate FTE and headcount automatically" field

Is there a way to remove ability to uncheck "Calculate FTE and headcount automatically" field  ? Currently by default the field is checked and managers have the ability to uncheck . We want this field to remain checked at all times . Is that possible ?
