ErpObjectAttachmentService To download ESS LOG and Output

Summary:

We have existing generic code to download attachments from fusion using ErpObjectAttachmentService. It is working fine. Since I have existing code , I just wanted to use it for downloading ESS job request and out put. When tried , I am getting error  JBO-Either of entity or category is passed as null or invalid: Either of entity or category is passed as null or invalid.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle

I know there are other services but we just want to use this unless it doesn't work at all.
