How to override the Oracle Delivered Transaction Design Experience Studio Rules?

Hi,

For the Family and Emergency Contacts page, there is a Oracle Delivered Rule which says Passport, Visa and Permit is not visible on the Responsive UI for the UAE country. How to override it and make it visible?
