¿Why can't I start a discussion in project or teams?

Summary: I can't start a discussion in projects or teams in Volunteering. In prior versions I was able in Manage Oracle Social Network Objects task to search Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Wellness and Workforce Reputation Management objects and to enable their attributes and after that I was able to start discussions, but now those objects are no available in Manage Oracle Social Network Objects task.

¿Do you know how to solve this now?
