Better understanding how planning collects Sales order line fulfillment status history.

  • What is the difference between "Shipped Date" planning profile measure and "Actual Shipped Date" in order management Sales Order Line
  • If the Profile setup = "Shipments History: Requested item by Shipped Date", does the Sales Order line must be shipped/closed and invoiced in order for it to be collected as "Shipments History"?
  • What is the difference between "Shipments History: Requested Item by Shipped Date" and "Shipments History: Shipped Item by Scheduled Ship Date"?
