Is it possible to generate the Blind serial numbers?

Summary:

Is there any way to generate the dummy serial numbers like Blind LPNs generation in the IBLPNs screen?

Some of the stocks doesn't have the serial number (Items are serial controlled item), So customer wants to take/generate the serial numbers in system
