Summary: Inviting suggestions and best practice on Bulk Assigning Time Zone with all workers in specific legislation. This is requested after we are already live. We need suggestions on best possible ways to allocate this for all Active Users in one go. Same Environment is in use by other legislations too who DO NOT Need this change and are comfortable following UTC. Also Kindly enlist potential risks or downstream effects of this Post Go Live Change given that the streams we are live with are as below:

  1. Core HR
  2. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (Interview Scheduling Included)
  3. Payroll Integrations (All Implemented Modules Data in in Payroll Files following specified Payroll Calendars)
