Data Exchange is loading two records for one intersection while pulling Actual from FCC

Summary:

We have an integration to pull Actual from FCC to Planning. For a specific period, it is loading two exactly same records for one intersection, resulting doubled numbers compared to FCC. It is working fine for all other periods. I did check the .dat file on Planning instance for this integration run and it is bringing only unique/one record for one intersection. However, I see two records in workbench. In the source filters, we are using qualified members names for all FCC members. Both Import and Export mode are Replace.
