Enabling Rolling Forecast in Custom Module in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning

I want to understand and confirm if the process to enable Rolling Forecast in Custom Modules is the same - managing through the webforms, by adding Years and Period in column and using the "Rolling Forecast Setup" or is there any other way to manage it.

Also, when we create the application, it does ask to enable rolling forecast but do not see the member in the Scenario dimension. (there is only a "Forecast" member) Is this the default behaviour and does that member need to be created manually?
