We would like to know if there is a REST Web Services that allows us to enable "Allow Offset Taxes" at supplier creation or supplier site creation?

We need to have this field enable because we are using the offset taxes functionality and if we don't have this option enable, the tax code doesn't have the intend behavior at invoice validation.
