We are looking to perform Pick Release to generate Pick Wave of Sales Orders Lines with No On-Hand

We have a business requirement to perform Pick Release of Sales Orders just to generate the Pick Wave without any Allocation. We will perform the allocations and perform Pick Confirmation against the Pick Wave.

We used to have this functionality in EBS, where if we keep Auto Allocate = No, we were able to successfully generate the Pick Wave. However, I am not able to perform the same process in Cloud.

Can anyone please provide some insights about how to fulfill this requirement in Cloud
