Years of Experience DFF - Best format to maintain LOV

Hi Experts,

We have created a DFF called Years of Experience on employment screen. This field will be updated manually by the recruiter during hiring. However, I need your advise on the best way to define the LOV.

Here is a format which we have created. But wanted to check, if there is a better way to populate the LOV and it makes it easier for the recruiter to search / pick the details from LOV
