Maximum Open Periods can't update

Summary:

Hello Oracle Experts,

I created a Cost Organization Relationship and, accidentally, I defined the Maximum Open Periods as 1. I would like to update this information but the field isn't open to be updated.

I can do it in other different instances.

Some know why the application is presenting this behavior?
