Not able to view EFF attributes in Product Management Subject Areas

We have configured 100+ EFF attributes and they are set as “BI Enabled”.  EFFs are deployed. Ran "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence”. However not able to see the EFFs in any of the Product Management Subject Areas.(“Related Item Real Time”, "Source System Item real time" and "Item Revisions Real Time"), Need some pointers on why these EFFs are not visible in Product Management Subject Areas.
