Hi All,

When i try to load LegacyLearningRecord i am getting below error.

"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-findLearningRecord::Already a LearningRecord with COMPLETE status exists with a differnt LearningRecordNumber!: STRINGMANAGER: Key: findLearningRecord::Already a LearningRecord with COMPLETE status exists with a differnt LearningRecordNumber! not found in bundle oracle.javatools.resourcebundle.ResourceBundleRT."

Could you please help me how to resolve this issue?
