Field triggers are displaying errors.

In application composer, under server scripts, I am trying to change the data in a field using field trigger. Some exceptions are raising.

Here in the application composer tool, we wrote script under field triggers to change the data inside the text box of name according to number.

But the above errors are displayed. How to resolve this issue
