    Oracle Cloud 24A - Product Information Management

    We are trying to delete an Item Structure, but we keep getting this error message:

    An exception occurred while running SOA process EgpDeleteGroupsComposite.ProcessDeleteGroup for business keys 300000015876295. Contact your help desk.

    Any ideas on what this means?
