Can Procurement Preparer role be used in Responsive SSP?

Summary:

Hi! It appears that Advanced Requester role is still on future roadmap of RSSP. As at 24A, can we use Procurement Preparer role instead to enable users to raise requisitions on behalf of others? Or is the functionality to raise requisition on behalf of others not yet supported in RSSP? Appreciate your input and advice.
