Recruiting Activity Center - Data not updating

Summary:

We have activated the Recruiting Activity Center however we are finding that sometimes the data is displaying in the center and sometimes not.

For instance, I have two offers in draft status; I am the recruiter for both of the requisitions however only 1 req is showing up in RAC.

The scheduled process is running in the background and the RAC setting is set to "instantly".

Does RAC pull in all of the requisitions/candidates that meets the status from prior to RAC being activated or does it only pull in the ones moved to the status or meets the criteria as of after RAC was activated?
